Gratitude is the single best quality that I have learned in my life. This goes for daily living, goals, and my work. Even most business books discuss gratitude. If you aren’t grateful for what you have, how can you attract more?

As the year comes to a close, we start to look forward to the next year and what to expect. 2019 was a great year in franchising with epic growth. Consumer spending and confidence are at an all-time high, and while that should continue, next year is an election year which can breed uncertainty towards the end of the year. It can also bring change, growth, and excitement to many industries.

I have been in franchising for almost 20 years and have seen up & down markets. While I can’t predict the future, I can use my knowledge and experience from 2001 & 2008 to guesstimate what top six industries will see growth on the other half of 2020.

During life-changing times, we make important decisions. We decide to stop tolerating things that don’t serve us. If you are making changes in your life, ask yourself, what is your purpose? What’s your why?
